In Harari region, the training of Welfare party members under the theme “from debt to profit” is still ongoing.

The training is being attended by members of Welfare from region to district.

The main objective of the training is to utilize our grace on the best experiences and shortcomings, the identity and importance of nationalism, patriotism and ruler narrative, to build and lead a servant and civil service, and to build a culture of peace and attitude and leadership skills, and to learn about our future missions, to improve the performance of members and to widen their horizons of awareness. He has been able to handle it.

It has been mentioned that the training will create an opportunity to strengthen brotherhood/sisterhood, strengthen the unity of thought among the officials, help to give leadership based on knowledge and help us to make change as a country, and in all it has shown the ways we can cross Ethiopia by ensuring overall prosperity.
